Please understand that you do not own the template/s that you download from MinisiteGear.com, rather, you are LICENCED to use them.
You may use the templates to create websites for personal or commercial projects on your domains or your clients domains as long as all attribution remains intact on all pages published with the templates.
TERMS
All author credits, comments and links which are embedded within any file in the template package must remain intact.
Any images/graphics supplied with the templates shall only be used with that particular template. The images/graphics supplied with the templates shall not be used for any other purpose.
